One Day Workshop on Food Safety and Hygiene

FICSI is organizing one day workshop on Food Safety and Hygiene for all the faculties working in the field of Food Technology and allied fields. 
The training is designed for academicians who are shaping up the budding food processing students for the sphere of food industry ecosystem. The Food safety & Hygiene course will help the participants to get a better understanding of the requirements of the food industry. The course curriculum covers the aspects like Food Safety Awareness, Food Contamination and its Prevention, Safe Food Procedures, Personal Hygiene in a food plant, etc.
