In order to identify the best minds to work in the industry FICSI conducts, at least twice a year, a National Food Processing Aptitude Test for Food Tech graduates in their final semesters. The test is online, scientifically designed, and is conducted on a modern AI-enabled assessment portal. The test includes food processing fundamentals, food safety and hygiene, logical reasoning, and IT basics.
FICSI conducts a Career Fair at least twice a year providing the industry a platform for recruitment. Food tech graduates having 0-2 years of experience are generally eligible. This initiative is fast becoming a one-stop recruitment solution for the industry. The fair is mounted on a versatile online platform that gives HR managers space to interact in privacy with prospective employees.
