FoSTaC Food Safety Supervisor “Basic Catering and Covid-19”

Importance of FoSTaC:- FSSAI recommends that all licensed food businesses must have at least one trained and certified Food Safety Supervisor under FoSTaC for every 25 food handlers in each premise. 'FSSAI's initiative to combine their current courses with COVID-19 guidelines is a great strength to the food industry' Another successful virtual training conducted for the course- FoSTaC "Basic Catering and COVID-19" on 22nd October 2020 with the participation of around 14 candidates. This training course is based on giving more insights on precautions for the food industry in day to day working as well as the current scenario.
